I can't get videos to download fully from my camcorder with APE 14.  Previously this wasn't a problem.  Any ideas?

Thanks

John

What model camcorder?

How are you doing it?

What operating system?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

Hello,

Thank you for replying. I am grateful for your help. This worked before but now the download bar gets stuck at 12 or 25% and when you look only a small part of the video has downloaded. Here is the information you asked for.

Camcorder: Panasonic HC-V750EB-K Full HD Camcorder - Black (24MP, 50x Intelligent Zoom, Wi-Fi, NFC)

I am downloading videos from the camcorder to the computer using add media in Adobe Premiere Elements 14

1 Hard Drive used for Office, various files, photographs, videos

Windows 7 home premium service pack 1

Processor AMD FX (tm)-6350 Six-Core Processor 3.90 GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.48 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit Operating System

Many thanks again,

John Hassett

Are you downloading to the computer first and then importing from the computer hard drive to Premiere Elements?

Why do you keep posting the same response instead of answering Peru Bob's questions which are attempting to help you resolve the issue?
