Chapter Markers

I am using Premiere Elements 18, Windows 10. I have a 20 minute video I want to burn to a DVD and have a marker at 1 minute intervals on the DVD so users can forward the video one minute at a time. How do I do this?

You can add menu markers in Premiere Elements so that your viewer can go from a menu screen to specific spots in your video.

But you can not add chapter markers so that your viewer can jump from spot to spot.
