Chromebook and Adobe Premier

My school is 1:1 with Chromebooks and I was wondering if Adobe Premier has a web-based option so students can do editing on their Chromebooks?

    Definitely not.

    Although there is an app called Adobe Click that you might want to check out. It's not nearly as deep or as sophisticated as Premiere Elements, but it's a decent app-based editor.
