Hello,

Here is my problem:

Software: Adobe premiere elements 15

My editing is finished, I export the video, the export process begins. After a while, my computer turns off by itself. Can not go after the export.

Do you have an idea of the cause? I imagine they can be many ....

Thank you.

Matt

Bonjour,

Voici mon problème:

Logiciel : Adobe premiere elements 15

Merci.

Matt

Computer shut-downs are most often either a bug in the operating system, a lack of free space on your hard drive or the result of your computer overheating.

Which operating system do you have?

What processor does your computer have with how much RAM?

How much free space is on your hard drive?

My camcorder is  Panasonic HC-920.

But I think my problem is, in part, solved.  And it it thanks to you.

When you told me than a reason can be an overheating of my computer, i opend it, vacuum it and let it open while exporting.  And you know what ? It succeed !  So you were right.  It was surely the problem.

Thank you very much, Steve !

Bravissimo !!! 🙂

Matt 🙂

Great to hear, Matt! And glad it was an easily solvable hardware rather than software issue.
