I would like to congratulate Adobe for fleecing hundreds of Dollars from me. I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 and Premiere Elements 2024 some months ago. Now that I have finally some time to sit down after some holidays and edit the footage but I find that I cannot transfer it onto DVD. It may be a shock to Adobe but there are people out there who do not want to send their video footage to Youtube to justify their existance by exhibiting what they do. I am a 70+ year old and I would just like to make a video of my holiday to play on my DVD player in private. Furthermore I don't want to see peoples holiday clips and I'm sure they need or won't to see mine.
When I looked at purchasing your product there was NO WARNING that YOUR product was not able to do what I'm sure many would expect it to be able to do. As far as I'm concerned it is an absolute disgrace that you don't enable users to have this option. And I'm certain others feel the same.
Thanks once again,
Bruno

For what it's worth, this is a user to user forum. It's not the best way to reach Adobe.
But that said, the DVD authoring features were removed several years ago -- at the same time as Adobe dropped its professional Encore disc authoring and several other companies (Sony Vegas) dropped their discu authoring. There was no effort to hide this that I could see. I even underscored it in my What's New tutorials on YouTube for version 14 back in 2015.
Fortunately a few companies continue to offer disc authoring. Among the best is https://tmpgenc.pegasys-inc.com/en/product/taw6.html

It didn't say in the product description that it would author DVDs,
Product descriptions don't generally say what hey can't do.
