Corner Pin

I just upgraded from Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 to 2023. I've been looking for 'corner pin' but can't find it. I read in another post that it was removed. Is there another way to perform the same function as corner pin?

Corner Pin was indeed removed in version 2023.

You can create a similar 3D stretching of your video image though using Basic 3D in the Perspective category. It's not as simple and elegant, but you can create a similar effect.

Thank you Steve. I wonder why they did that. I'm trying to put a video over a another video to make it look like the top video is playing on a TV screen on the bottom video. The TV on the bottom video is at an angle. Corner pin would have made it simple to make the top video fit the bottom video's TV screen. I'm trying that with Basic 3D but it's not going well.

Yes. Corner Pin would have made it much easier.

But sadly it was one of nearly two dozen effects omitted in version 2023.

Why have Adobe done this. I have just upgraded from V15 expecting to get better functionality and I've found that they've actually removed one of the most useful features.

I have to say that I'm feeling pretty underwhelmed.

I could not agree more: I would be very upset too if Corner Pin was not available anymore. I use it a lot.
