My Organizer elements keep on crashing, should i reinstall it, if i need to, do i need to sign out first before uninstalling it? if i do, how do i sign out?

I thought elements is a basic and simplified version, its still the same, so buggy. 1 week of tinkering lost. So disappointing..

This is a user to user forum.  There is nothing I can do if you are trying to send a complaint to Adobe.   If you can accept Premiere Elements as being a normally reliable program, users here might be able to find the problematic anomolies in your maching or installation.  Something is going wrong on your machine with a program that does not go wrong on the majority.  Start with a reinstallation.

You have to pay.  Free video editing on a Mac is with iMovie.  Free video editing on an older PC is with Windows Movie Maker.  With newer PCs, it is Windows Photos.
