Create a disk menu PSE 2023

added: Looks like since the newer versions don't allow for creating a "Disk" ,  there is no need to have a disk menu.

Thank you so much, I went back to my 2022 version of PS-PE and find it will create a disk and menu so it's all good.  I should have thought of checking that before posting but I do appreciate the response.
