Create Premiere Elements 2023 video folder for DVD burning

There seems to be no way using 2023 to create this folder that can be used to burn a DVD.

If I am correct are there any free product recommendations?

There are 2 steps... first is to "author" the DVD second is the actual "burn" to a blank DVD

As you have discovered, version 2023 will not do either

What you may do is export a new file and then use a different program for the "author" step

Imgburn will burn any file to a DVD... it does not (as far as I know) do the authoring

I was hoping that I was wrong! However I can create the necessary files using Cyberlink Power Director... I also have this edit programme.

ImgBurn is the one that shows up most often. I've never used it but reviews are good.
