Create Transition

I have Adobe premiere elements 14 for windows. How can I create more awesome transition and effects for my travel videos and photos.

Like you could do in pro version.

Examples like fast zoom in and out at a different footage...

That transition already exists in the Premiere Elements set.

Whatever transition you want to create, you can create. What other transitional effect do you want to create?

My point was, do I have the similar freedom in elements as Pro CC when creating transition at Expert Mode? And can I use Pro CC transotran Plugin in CC?
