Hi,

I want to add Thai subtitles to a video I'm making. I have tried cut and paste from google translate and that just showed up as boxes with a x through it. I tried the same with character map and got the same result. I have also tried changing the font as I read that can make a difference but still no success.

Is it possible to create Thai subtitles with Premiere Elements?

Thanks

You will need to have Thai fonts installed on your computer and then have that font selected when you paste the Thai words in.

Late update as I recently had refer back to this after changing computer.

What worked for me was downloading Arial Unicode MS. After installing it on my computer I was able to select Arial Unicode MS from the font list on Adobe Elements.
