Default text style?

Does anyone know if there's a way to set a default text style? Because it's kind of annoying to have to go in and change the text every time. And if there isn't, PLEASE ADD ONE

In the Title Adjustments workspace, you can right-click on one of the pre-set Text Styles and set it as your default.

 

But you can not set just any font as your default text style.
