in my ASUS core i7 9th gen. with Nvidia Geforce gtx 1660 TI. the Adobe premiere elements 2020 monitor looks bad looks out of focus. what can it be? thank you. Antonio.

There could be any number of reasons for this. 

Does it only look blurry when your movie is playing but looks fine when it's stopped?

Can you post a screen capture of what you're seeing?
