I bought Premiere Elements 13 + Photoshop few years ago. I had a PC at that time so the link to download is for Windows. Is it possible to change it for Mac!
You will need the Mac version to load onto a Mac, if that's what you're asking.
If you bought the program as a boxed set, you got installation discs for both the Mac and PC versions. If, however, you bought the program as an online download, you got either the Mac or the PC version. It sounds like you got the PC version so, no, you can't trade it for the Mac version, if that's what you're asking.
