elements 2018

Can you please help. I loaded 2018 after it said it was a fraud and report it to Adobe. It also only loaded to 80%, anyway I got it going!!

My problem is, it will not load my disc's. It says I need Flash 8 or newer but t only loads Flash 1.

I have tried loading 10 from the screen, but it says it can't.

I bought the disc set from Amazon, they say contact Adobe, so I have.

What did Adobe say when you contacted them? (This is a user to user forum.)

Have you tried downloading the program from Adobe and then installing it rather than installing from your disc?

You should not need to install Flash in order to run the program. There is something very odd about your installation.

I have tried he download, just he same, I think a complete exit and another download will help.
