I have downloaded Elements and Premiere Elements 15. When I try to enter the editor the programme closes down. Do I need to uninstall and download again or is there another answer.

Also what model of graphics card do you have?

nVidia cards released a series of bad drivers that 'broke' a number or programs, including Premiere Elements.
