Looking for Tutorials on how to get started,and use the Organizer 13 transfer pictures ,tag people,etc.

    You may find some tutorials on YouTube. Search for "Elements Organizer".

    Or, if you want to learn how to use every tool in the Organizer, I dedicate three chapters to it in my "Muvipix.com Guide to Premiere Elements 13, available on Amazon.
