Elements Organizer 2023, bit file missing

Elements Organizer when loading says bitmap file is missing or is out of date which causes Organizer to not operate properly. I have Premier and Photoshop Elements 2023, starting Organizer from either app has the same problem. Do I uninstall both Apps and reinstall to fix the problem?  Thanks       Charles

Can you provide the exact error message?

I have the same problem. When I try to start the Organizer I get the message "Bitmap file was not found or is out of date. Bitmaps will be preloaded from individual files. This message should never be seen if the project is correctly built."

Have you moved or deleted any BMP files?

Not that I know of.

Where are they located?  System or Adobe Organizer

Have had a crash with premiere elements before this problem.
