Encoding Problem with Premiere Elements 2024

Hello,

i have problems in all my videos.

The Footage is without issues, but the export of Premiere Elements shows artefactsa few frames later/earlier is without these artefacts.

Tested with Footage 4k@60 fps from GoPro 9, Google Pixel 6a, Samsung Galaxy S20+.

i'm a newby. Has anybody a idea to solve the problem?

If you are using a Nvidia card with the current (551.61) studio driver, roll one driver back and try again.

For those who experienced issues with Studio driver 551.61, and had to roll back to 551.23, 551.86 is out and is supposed to fix the issues.

It's a Intel UHD Graphics 620 on a Intel Core i5-8350U CPU @ 1.70GHz. Any other ideas?
