Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

Also, what operating system and what version of Premiere Elements?

Is video missing on the timeline or in the export?

Hi Gordon,

Thanks for reaching out. It seems like there is some glitch with the export settings which is letting the audio file to export. In addition to the questions asked by @Peru Bob, could you share more information:

Which version of Premiere Elements are you using?

Could you share your system details(OS, RAM, GPU, CPU, etc)?

Please share a screenshot of the export settings.

Which media player are you using for the playback?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Shivangi

Thanks for the sharing the details. I'm discussing this case with my team. I'll update you shortly.

Meanwhile, please test the export with a different format and let us know if it works.

Have you had any luck, with your discussions with your team.

Still not working for me, nor did testing the export in another format.

Many thanks

Gordon

Sorry for the delay in the response, Gordon! I heard back from the engineering team. We'd like to know if the issue is happening with a specific project or media file.
