Fehler beim Export

Ich bin am Verzweifeln. Nach über 100 Stunden ist mein Film fertig, aber leider ist der Export nicht möglich. Immer kommt eine Fehlermeldung und zwar egal, welches Ausgabeformat ich wähle. 

Auch das Rendern dauert ewig und irgenwann stürzt das Programm ab.

Was kann ich machen, damit ich doch noch zu meinem Film komme?

Die Filmesequenzen habe ich zum Teil mit dem Handy und zum Teil mit einer HD-Kamera aufgenommen.
