To apply effects you can follow an object.
For this you can draw around the object. Then you can track the object. If all this is not done "sharply" enough, you can still adjust the drawing frame by frame. For a small amount this is just doable, but still a lot of work. But once you're done with it and playing it, Premiere seems to be largely self-determined and all your work has been for nothing. How can I put my work right away and in such a way that it is preserved, because I can't do it in Premiere with follow object (whether or not with follow from this frame).
