Free frame size / resolution in PE 15

Hi,

how can I set the frame size of my project to a custom value like 100x200 or 1234x3456?

It is said, that I have to set the project settings at the beginning and it cannot be changed later - ok. But at the beginning, I can only choose from a fixed set of presets for videos and can not change the frame size to an individual one.

That's not possible in Premiere Elements.

Premiere Elements projects can only be set up by selecting from the library of preset video resolutions.
