Garage Band File-Audio issue

New Here ,
May 14, 2020 May 14, 2020

Hello,

I want to put original music in my video.  I have created it using Garage Band on Iphone.  When I transferred it to my computer, the recording works.  However, it does not make a sound when I put it in the actual video.  Any advice?

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

If the file is variable frame rate, many users are having issues with VFR.

Use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:

In addition to what Bob wrote, if it is audio only, the (free) program Audacity may work to get your iPhone audio into a more universal audio format.

Thank you for the responses.  I was able to upload my audio file.  I originally had the file sent as a "high quality file" (I believe it was mp4).  I resent the audio as a wav file and it worked correctly.
