NEW-UI-PRE2025-JPEG.jpgI’ve made a YouTube video  to help you get familiar with the 2025 version which compliments Steve’s excellent basic training series. It should be helpful to beginners getting started and those not familiar with Premiere Pro which Adobe has used as a basis for the new hybrid video editor.

Click here for NEW UI PRE for Beginners.

In a separate video I also cover each of the very useful quick tools

The center horizontal and center verticle features are missing for the "Properties" window when editing text. How can we access that feature again. I can't think of a reason to remove this feature. It isn't a good change.

agree the text alignment buttons can be a bit confusing. I usually click directly into the editing window (Program Monitor Panel) with the T tool and then select all (Ctrl+A or Cmd+A)

With the entered text selected (highlighted) I twirl open the transform controls and find those buttons work OK.
