Glitches in Premier Element 2018

I have several things going on and reinstalled but had no affect

When editing a project the step forward/back toggle moves multiple clips.

And the freeze frame often pops up without initiation.

When adjusting color (example) when slightly adjusting one color, the image occasionally changes to another.

Many times after an adjustment is made, the color reverts to pre-adjustment setting

    Hi Ricebird,

    Thanks for posting in Adobe Forums.

    It seems you are facing performance issue with Adobe Premiere Elements 2019.

    You can also try the following steps

    • Please close Adobe Premiere Elements
    • Press Windows key & R together.
    • It will show you Run command window.
    • Type %appdata% in the Run command window & hit enter.
    • It will open a new window for you.
    • Go to the folder Adobe > Premiere Elements & rename the 16.0 folder to 16.0.old
    • Relaunch the program & see if that resolves your issue.

    You can also test the issue in a new project & see how it performs as it could be an issue with the project as well .
