I have had the same problem with Premier Elements 2021 and 2022.  I have an Nvidea GTX 1060 6GB card with the latest driver, and Win 10 21H1 X64 system, using a BENQ 32" monitor.  When I go to edit/preferences/general it shows the GPU as correctly identified, but says "Detected Graphisc Processor (GPU) is unsupported".  Help please!

When Adobe tests and certifies it is with the current driver as of that date... so you may need a different driver
