Green and white lines in Premiere Elements video editor/preview

Hello,

I am getting green and white lines in my video editor/preview box. I have the PE 2019 and then purchased PE 2020 thinking that would be the solution. I'm still dealing with it. I have a HP laptop with Core i5 7th gen.  I'm not very technical. Please adviseIt only happens in this preview box.

Go to the nVidia or AMD site and download the latest driver for your graphics card. Don't trust Windows to provide the latest.
