Having trouble opening Adobe Premiere elements 2022

I bought this program in a bundle a little while ago with photo shop elements. Photo shop elements works it opens just fine but when I try to open premiere it loads for a little bit then stops. How can I fix this issue Ive deleted and redownloaded it a bunch of times and it still does not work. Is there some setting I need to change or something like that?

A lot depends on which operating system you're using. But if Windows, first go to the nVidia, AMD or Intel site and ensure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card.

I do have the lastest drivers for my graphics card. What else can I do?

I fixed the problem. It didnt redownload the fold all I had to do was move it out of the trash. Thanks for your help.
