How do I Import MOGRT Files Into Premiere Elements?

Title says it. How do I take a MOGRT file and add it to Premiere Elements?

I currently have to use chroma key on my motion graphics and they turn out grainy. I would like to just upload the original MOGRT file so the quality is better. I cannot seem to find out how to do this in Elements.

Starting with Premiere Elements 2025, we have added MOGRT support, and free Adobe Stock MOGRTs in product. Plus you have ability to import your own MOGRTs. See section on Templates on Premiere Elements 2025 Page.

@MDBP-anim The option to Install Motion Graphics Template isn't available in the Quick workspace. You can access it by switching to the Advanced workspace. It is located in the bottom right corner of the Titles and Shapes panel.
