how do i link premier elements 2020 with photoshop elements 10?

I have photoshop elements 10 and premier elements 2020.  How do I link from one to the other? For example, I'm using premer elements  2020 and want to edit an image in my library in photoshop elements 10?

It's really not possible. The programs only work as s suite with other Elements program of the same version.
