How to access User Guide from previous version

Hi.

I see the user guide for Adobe Premiere Elements 2025 under this adress: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/premiere-elements/user-guide.html

I don't see how to access the user guide for my version: 2021

User guide for 2021 is no longer available.

Adobe does not do pdf's anymore.

This is unfortunate

How does Adobe justify the fact that I paid for a lifetime licence of a software for which I cannot access the "help" anymore? I have never seen such a similar situation with any other software I bought or used in my life.

The User Guide should be available a way or another. Online or PDF.

I was thinking of writing some "unofficial manuals" in PDF format for Adobe products. Do you think there's a market for such books? What would you like to see in them?

Thank you for your help. I think i will start looking for other software tool for an alternative to Adobe Premiere Element.
