If like me you don't have the money to pay for something like Adobe Premiere Pro, and so use Premiere Elements, you may have been frustrated that it doesn't seem to support creating 1440p or 2160p projects. Well, in this video I show you how to create custom project/sequence presets in Premiere Elements so that you CAN create and edit 1440p and 2160p projects. In fact, you can use this method to create custom project presets for any combination of valid settings.

This is my very first Premiere Elements tutorial video so please let me know what you think and give me any pointers on how you think I can improve.

I am dealing with 8mm film conversion and need to use either frame rate of 16 or 32 fps.  What settings can I use to make the adjudstments to like the file you have shown that you edited?

Thanks,

Which Elements version?

Dont think you can set odd framerates.

But even if you could you cannot export in odd framerates not with Elements you need Premiere Pro for that.
