how to desactivate one PC with photoshop element 14

I login on my icon for  Adobe 14 and a pop up tell me I have 2 PC.  How to desactivate both of programs,  

   from my PC because I have only one???     Thank you  HT

I don't know that that's possible with such an old program.

I pay for this in full for live, long time ago or tomorrow, it doesn't matter The serial number is my and I have the right to deserve the program OK ... HT

Adobe Customer Service (Support) no longer has the ability to reset activations.
The only way to deactivate is if you can open the program on the computer that you want to deactivate.

Yes I can open the program, but I can't go to editor the pop up don't accept my command, as me my new serial number, I have the original disk and still the same . SHAMEFUL. !
