I've been trying to create a motion with the pre-made "bezier" option in keyframes. In this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InrN097tg_E at 4:26 (I don't know if I'm allowed to post yt links), it mentions these 2 bars that are adjustable to make some type of curved line. However, I don't have premiere PRO, so I am wondering, is there a way to do this in premiere elements and how to do it?

Elements does not have a graph editor.

You can however set bezier keyframes by rightclicking on the keyframe > temporal interpolation > Ease in or out.

To start an animation you use Ease out, to stop an animation you use Ease in.
