Why can I NEVER resize the mask box?

No matter what part of the corner circles I grab - nothing.

Using Premiere Elements 2022

Any help? Thank you

I can't grab the corners to drag either.  But, you can scrub or edit the numbers in the green box to change the shape and size of the box.

It's the Mask tool that I wanted to add a blur to.

It does not look right.

It should be blue alround.

Have you any other effects applied besides the Blur?

Post screenshot Applied Effects with effects twirled down.

You dont need to superimpose if you want just one effect.

Thank you - does that one allow motion tracking?

Most of the time I just end up using Premiere Pro, BUT I love how fast I can edit with Elements 🙂

Elements does the same as Pro.

I would use Pro as Elements drives me up the wall.

I envy your level of skill and knowledge.   Pro's complexity (and my lack of practice) drives me up the wall.  I thought I had multi camera mastered.  Then the next time I tried, I failed!

Well I have been doing this for 23 years now.

Read a lot, learn from ones mistakes and practice, practice, practice.
