So I have Adobe Premiere Elements 11. After downloading it and typing in the serial number, I installed everything I was supposed to do. But when I hit "New Project", it doesn't load. Organizer loads just fine. But not Premiere Elements 11. I even tried rolling back my drivers, but it wouldn't let me. It says I am updated to the best version and doesn't give me the option to go back. My computer is fairly recent too, so it should be more than powerful enough to handle this software. If someone has the answer to fix my problem, I'd be very appreciative. Thanks.

You need to provide details for anyone to help
Mac or Windows and exact version of the operating system
CPU brand and model and clock speed
Video adapter brand and model and driver version and amount of video ram
Number and size and type of hard drives
What kind of video are you editing?
-hint 4k video on an underpowered computer will not play well

I'm looking at the box, and my computer is an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop. I don't know the details of all that other stuff and don't know where I'd find them. I'm not knowledgeable about computers at all, sorry.

Don't try to change drivers using Windows.
Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site or the HP site.

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-and/or select Run as Administrator to assign FULL Windows permissions
