importing .cube LUTs into Premiere elements?

How do I import lut .cube files to work with videos?

It's telling me I don't have codec. Appreciate any help. Thanks!

Elements does not support LUTs.

You can try Red Giant's/Maxon Lut Buddy which is a plugin. No idea if this will work.
