Install from DVD, or Download Trial?

I purchased the "no-subscription" version of Abode Premier Elements less than a year ago. But when I launch the program I only have the following options for Photo Editor, Install from DVD, or Download Trial. The Organizer and Video Editor are working fine, it's just the Photo Editor that's giving me a problem. Any thoughts?

    You haven't yet installed or activated Photoshop Elements.

    Did you purchase the Photoshop Elements/Premiere Elements bundle or only Premiere Elements.?

    The one I purchased says Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 [PC Download]
