Is Premiere Elements 2023 capable of exporting 21:9 videos?

I use an ultrawide monitor, and I like recording clips from video games I play. But when I try exporting them from Premiere Elements, it has black bars on the top and bottom because the 21:9 source video is being cropped into a 16:9 video file. Is there any way to export in 21:9 so I don't have black bars?

Not in Premiere Elements.

If you're interested, CyberLink PowerDirector is a similarly priced program that is capable of editing 21:9.
