IS there a way to save a color pallet in Premiere Elements.

This has been bugging me for a long time. Is there a way to save color combinations so i can add them much faster to my text. Its very time consuming to add this to all of my new text each time i add new text. Is there any help to get?

Also secondary question how do i make a downloaded text my default text?
