Key alluminance in Premiere Elements 2023

After installing Premiere Elements 2023, to replace 2019, I found out that the tool Alluminance Key has been removed. Such a shame! This powerful tool I use a lot to edit my videos

Adobe elected to streamline the program this year by removing a number of effects, transitions and tools. You are not alone in finding this a little frustrating, Piet.
