Kodek H.265

Dobrý den, v Premiere Elements mi nelze přehrávat/upravovat videa nahraná v kodeku H.265. Jak lze tento problém vyřešit prosím?

I am using Win10 a version is 11

If I understand correctly, you are using version 11 of Premiere Elements.   H.265 is newer than your software. 

It was not until the most recent versions that Premiere Elements that it was capable of editing H.265 footage.  You may be able to convert your H.265 footage to H.264 with the (free) program called Handbrake.
