Link to download Premier Elements 15 reference PDF

Where is it?  It's pretty annoying that it seems to be so hard to find. I am viewings a 3rd party training course on the product, which shows a screen shot with a "Manual (PDF)" link at the bottom of the Adobe Premier Elements Help page.  I can find no such link.  Help, please.

Don't know that it's available as a PDF.

It should be.  Such PDFs are available for both Photoshop Elements and Organizer.   Otherwise there is no way to get help when you are offline.

Photoshop Elements 15?

Adobe has not released pdf's for their products in a long time.

And I am not just talking Elements.

Could not find a pdf for PE15.
