I bought Elements in 2017 and upgraded to Elements 2018 later.
Later still I started using Acrobat Pro for my business. I recently cancelled Acrobat Pro as I no longer need it, but have lost access to Elements.

For serial number programs you may download ONLY if you bought direct from Adobe via download
-Log in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--IF a download is available there will be a Download button under the program name
---as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you always have what you need
---since Adobe DOES sometimes remove very old downloads from their file server
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install

Hi John,
Thankyou for replying. I followed this route and it worked - to an extent. 2 strange anomalies.
Instead of reloading Elements 2018 it downloaded vsn 8. This seems odd as I bought vsn 8 originally (in a box and downloaded from CD) and upgraded online later.
My photos are stored by year and I have over 11,000 photos covering a period from 2001 to 2022. The catalogue now only shows a little under 8,000 covering, for the main part, Aug 2008 to May 2017. Could the downloaded version be looking at an old catalogue?
Any suggestions welcome.
