Hi, When I scan my E drive with McAfee it Blue screen crashes. I have identified the file causing crash as "device_manager.js"  Its a 17kb file and is located as follows. Adobe Premiere Elements 13/Mozilla/Chrome/Pippki/content/pippki/device_manager.js      McAfee technician has looked into problem and says to contact Adobe to say file is corrupted. I have uninstalled it and then scan is fine. I have reinstalled and it now crashes to Blue screen when scanning above mentioned file once again. Anyone else with this problem? Not sure where I go from here.

This issue is resolved in the latest monthly update from McAfee.

BUGCHECK_STR: 0x3B - MODULE_NAME: mfencbdc (system crash (blue screen) when installing or upgrading third-party software…

    Suggest you contact McAfee support.

    Try running Check Disk:

    chkdsk

If you still have problems, use the Adobe cleaner Tool and reinstall:
