Moving unfinished project to another computer.

I have an unfinished project on my external drive. I want to move this project to my new desktop computer and continue working on it.  When I created a new project on external drive it was linked to USB drive (let it be K:), in some directory (let it be Video Projects) and was given a name (let it be Trip to Mexico). I would like to continue editing my project in a new desktop on drive D: (default for Data), place it in PE Projects directory and name it Trip to Cancun.

Is it possible?

Under the File menu is "Project Archiver".  I've not used it for exactly what you want, but I think it would work.
