Hello,

I have Premiere Elements 2021. I run the application on a Dell XPS 9500 4k (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti). I have two external QHD monitors. I need to use the application on one of the external monitors which is not the main display.

I can open the application on this monitor. However if I try to maximize the window or simply resize the window, the application jumps to the main monitor automatically. What is the problem?

Thank you for the support

It's just the nature of Premiere Elements. Been so for several generations.

I know of no way to get around it, short of changing your operating system's main monitor.
