Music Remix Tool Missing in Version 2025

I just upgraded Premiere Elements from version 2023 to 2025. In the 2023 version, there was a tool called Music Remix that could be used to shorten or lengthen an audio track. I've added one of the included audio tracks to a project in the 2025 version, and I need to lengthen the audio track to match the video track. I'm not seeing a way to do that in the 2025 version. What am I missing?

You can shorten or lengthen an audio track using Remix tool under Quick Tools menu.

THERE it is! Thanks for that! Sort of an undercocumented feature that is accessed quite differently from prior versions, but ultimately works the same once you figure out how to invoke the tool.

As an Adobe employee, perhaps you couls shed some light on this tangentially related question: The user guide is essentially a web page with many hyperlinks leading to the many other web pages in the guide. Not my favorite form of documentation. Other companies have gone to this method, as well. The downside to this is that you can't just read the guide sequentially, page by page like a book, you have to access each topic by clicking on its unique hyperlink. Lots of back and forth clicking just to navigate the guide. In addition, when performing a search for a specific word, the search is not limited to this document, but to Adobe support in general. This brings up search results related to any number of applications other than the one in questiuon. Try performing a search for "Remix" and you'll see. There is no result that takes you to the instance of "Remix" in the user guide, which is why I couldn't find it on my own. Alternatively, if the user guide was available in a downloadable pdf file, both of these problems go away. It is beyond me why the creator of the pdf format (Adobe), who worked so hard to make it the universal document form that it is, refuses to use its own product to deliver application documentation to the end user.

Thoughts?
