Need Help with GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 - not recognised

Hi everyone,
The title says it all 😞

My configuration :
Asus ProDuo i9 - 32Gb Ram - GPU RTX 4050 laptop

I've tried updated drivers, set GPU parameters in windows, changed the list of authorised cards, etc.) but nothing works.

Premiere Element stubbornly refuses to recognise the card as compatible (whereas Photoshop Element does!).

Does anyone have any ideas?

Below is the list of the different ways of writing the card name in the allowlisted_cards file that I've tried. But it's no use:

Thank you very much for your help!

2024 does not have an allow list anymore.

Premiere Pro has issues with the current (551.61) studio driver.

You are running the same driver, might want to roll back a version.

See how that goes.

If not contact support.

Thank you so much Ann for your message.

It's strange about the list, because it's in a file and in the same place as in previous versions.

Ok to check which Studio driver I'm using and if indeed it's 551.61.

If so, I'll try to replace it with an earlier version, if I can find it 🙂

Many thanks

Following your advice, I've just installed version 5123 of the Nvidia studio drivers.

But no change :-(, Premiere Element doesn't recognize the RTX 4050. But Photoshop Element does always.

Thanks anyway
